What makes us stand out
Fabric Weaving
The fabric woven by an interlacing machine is formed by interlocking multiple sets of yarns within the loops. It has a stable structure and is not prone to disintegration. Compared with warp-knitted fabrics, it is more resistant to wire drawing, has better dimensional stability, and has a higher output.
Finished Fabric
Knitted finished fabrics usually have a smooth surface and clear patterns, with excellent wrinkle-resistance and shape retention properties, as well as a non-dispersive coil structure. Their feel can be either soft or firm, and they also possess good breathability and elasticity.
Design&Plate Making
The pattern for pet beds is usually cut into base pieces and edge pieces in the shape of an ellipse or rectangle. Seams and filling openings are reserved to facilitate the insertion of foam, ensuring that the edges are raised while the center is lower, making it comfortable and easy to clean.
Production
In the sewing workshop for pet beds, the sewing area uses synchronous machines to stitch the base fabric and the edge trim, leaving a space for stuffing. The entire workshop has excellent ventilation, ensuring efficient and clean production.
